Keto Coaching and Breakfast Sausage
Some of you know that my team of culinary ninjas work up and down the dietary spectrum on a daily basis, not just delivering the tastiest meals around, but also in home kitchens with folks who need help maintaining their diets. Since we work so closely with individuals, many times my Chefs change their personal diets to mirror what our clients are needing. This is a habit that we feel enables us to provide the best service and tastiest dishes around.
Currently Chef Joe has been on the Keto train due to requests for meals and personalized coaching. He has found the challenge of Eating Keto while cooking for every diet type out there an interesting challenge, as well as learning ways to maintain Ketosis no matter what the culinary situation.
Here is one of his favorite recipes that he recently finished.
Best KETO Breakfast Sausage Ever!
Serving Size: 8 - 10 Patties

1 Lb Ground Pork
2 tsp Dried Ground Sage
1 Tbs Dried Ground Thyme
2 tsp Monk Fruit Sugar
1 ½ tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Red Chili Flakes
¼ tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper
¼ tsp Garlic Powder
¼ tsp Sweet Paprika
½ tsp Whole Fennel Seed
1. In a Spice Grinder combine the Chili Flakes, Monk Fruit and Fennel Seed. Pulse about 6 or 8 times until the Fennel Seeds are broken up.
2. In Medium Sized Mixing Bowl, hand mix all the ingredients thoroughly until mixture is combined really well.
3. At this point you can cook as Crumbles, make Links, or even Patties.
